WE ARE HIRING: FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATOR
Full Time, Office Based (Stirling Location)
We are hiring anexperienced Financial Administrator to join team Lomond Wealth. The successful candidate will be someone who is highly detail focused and organised, as this is will be crucial in their role of supporting one of our LW Financial Advisers and their clients.
Responsibilities in this role include:
- Servicing existing & new business, overseeing administration and processing to completion.
- Working with the Financial Adviser and Paraplanning Team, ensuring the file contains all relevant documents to allow our advice to be documented and presented to our clients without delay.
- Maintain good quality relationships with providers and clients alike.
- Liaise with clients via telephone, and messages via our company portal.
Our ideal new Financial Administrator will have:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within a financial context.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on professional phone etiquette.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence and experience using Office365.
