We are committed to ensuring every member of the Lomond Wealth team has the support to develop and progress within the firm. As such, we sponsor continuous employee self-development that allows our team to train for and attain industry leading qualifications. Because we recognise that our success is a direct result of putting our employees in the best position to succeed in their careers.
Some examples of our latest training initiatives:
- New graduate Courtney is a Trainee Paraplanner, learning all aspects of the role before progressing to become a Trainee Financial Adviser, and we are delighted to sponsor her at the Quilter Financial Adviser School, on route to her diploma in financial services.
- Over the last four years, Jenna has progressed from Administrator to Paraplanner. As part of her ongoing career development, Jenna regularly travels to London for training days as part of a 20-month course to attain her diploma in regulated financial services.
Charity
We believe in giving back to the local communities of which we are proud to be a part of. In particular we are delighted to sponsor St. Andrew’s Hospice, which provides specialist palliative care to those living with life-limiting illnesses, as well as support for their loved ones. We will be putting our heads together to come up with fun and exciting ways to raise funds and awareness over the next 12 months.
