Before joining Lomond, Michelle worked as a Practice Manager, overseeing office processes, supporting the team, and helping ensure the business continued to run smoothly. She also worked closely with high net worth clients and helped resolve more complex cases.
Today, as Client Service Manager, Michelle draws on more than six years’ experience in financial services, helping our team and ensuring every client has an exceptional experience.

Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children outside of work, either relaxing at home or heading out for a nice meal.
She also enjoys travelling, shopping, sunny days, and a good glass of red wine.
