Lyndsey’s role is varied and fast-paced, helping ensure everything runs efficiently behind the scenes and supporting planners and the wider team with day-to-day client service.
By coordinating closely with all aspects of the business, she helps keep client plans moving forward and ensures that requests and transactions are handled promptly and accurately.
Her work involves managing incoming client enquiries, liaising with providers and ensuring new business is processed smoothly. This includes supporting pension transfers, investment transactions and resolving any queries that arise during the financial planning process.

Outside of the office, Lyndsey enjoys cooking at home, going out for meals and spending her free time with family and friends.
She particularly enjoys visiting coastal destinations and taking in the sea air, as well as relaxing at home with good food, laughter, and the company of her cat.
