Starting her career in Retail Banking before moving into Financial Services, Susan offers over fifteen years’ experience across the industry.
Susan oversees all the group’s operations, guiding our processes to ensure we always deliver the excellent service our clients expect, while meeting all regulatory requirements of The Financial Conduct Authority. She is also a fully qualified adviser, working towards coveted Chartered status, who enjoys helping clients work towards their financial goals.
Out of the office, Susan enjoys walking her dog Darcy, and socialising with her friends and family.
